Performance Reviews
Performance reviews in EM Kit bring together the context you’ve been capturing all cycle — work log entries, feedback, objectives, and 1:1 notes — so writing a review becomes a matter of synthesizing evidence rather than recalling it. You can plan cycles at the team level through review periods, then run each member’s review against that shared structure.
For members who need focused support, EM Kit also handles Performance Improvement Plans alongside the standard review flow.
