Analytics
EM Kit offers a few pre-built reports to help you understand your team’s activity and performance. These reports are generated on demand using your workspace data and can be scheduled as automations for regular insights.
Available reports
Section titled “Available reports”Current report types:
- GitHub Activity Comparison — compares PRs, merged PRs, and reviews across team members. Requires a GitHub handle on each member profile.
- Jira Bug Ticket Comparison — compares bug tickets by status (To Do, In Progress, Done) and priority (Critical, High, Medium, Low) across team members. Requires a Jira account ID on each member profile.
Create a reporting
Section titled “Create a reporting”- Open the report type you want to run.
- Click New Reporting.
- Select a date range.
- Optionally enable force refresh to regenerate an existing period.
- Click Create.
Manage report history
Section titled “Manage report history”From the report list, you can:
- Open a saved reporting
- Delete a saved reporting snapshot
- Monitor status (
Pending,Processing,Completed,Error)
Report detail page
Section titled “Report detail page”The detail page shows:
- Real-time progress while processing
- Per-member metrics table (PRs, merged PRs, reviews for GitHub; total bugs, status breakdown, priority breakdown for Jira)
- Top performer tag
- Excluded members and reasons (missing GitHub handle or Jira account ID)
